Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in the United States to partner with Sales Representatives, attend surgeries, and educate clinicians on product use. The role focuses on territory growth, demand generation, and building strong customer relationships while adhering to compliance standards.

Initial activities include product training, assisting with field calls, inventory management, and supporting marketing and promotion efforts to convert customers to Stryker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR some college plus related experience is required.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification with at least 2 years of related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma with at least 4 years of related experience considered.
• 4+ years of active duty military service also qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and Upper Extremities business, supporting growth in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and to instruct surgeons on product use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use, updates, and portfolio changes of Stryker products.
• Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, deliver excellent service, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Learn customer needs with the Rep to develop appropriate responses and tailor messaging.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree OR

Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience

High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience

4+ years of active duty military service
