Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in the United States to partner with local Sales Representatives, learn the medical device business, and contribute to territory growth. The role involves attending surgeries with product support, educating clinical staff, and expanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities include supporting sales calls, inventory management, and developing appropriate product selections for customers after extensive product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or medical certification plus at least 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma plus at least 4 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.
• $60,000.00-$80,000.00 salary and eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
• Travel Percentage: 40%

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business in the territory.
• Attend surgeries using Stryker Upper Extremities products to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper product use, functionality and updates.
• Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, deliver great service, and grow customer relationships.
• Assist in inventory management, order processing, and building inventory sets to meet customer needs.
• Build inventory levels and sets to meet customer needs.

Education

Bachelor’s or Associate degree

Medical Certification (CST/PT/CPT)

4+ years of active duty military service
