Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with Sales Representatives, learn the medical device industry, and contribute to growth in the assigned territory. You will support cases, promote products, and manage inventory while building strong customer relationships.

The role involves field and surgical support, educating clinicians on product use and updates, and helping identify opportunities to exceed sales targets. Travel is expected (about 30%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, CPT) with at least 2 years of professional or related experience.
• High School Diploma with at least 4 years of professional or related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Learn the medical device industry and contribute to growth in the assigned territory.
• Cover cases, market and promote products, build sets, manage inventory, and grow customer base with Sales Reps.
• Attend surgeries where Stryker Upper Extremities products are used to ensure product availability and educate surgeons.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
