ADP, Inc. is seeking an Upmarket Account Executive (25-49 Employee Market) to drive new business growth within a defined territory.

You will prospect daily, nurture relationships with business owners and key decision-makers, and guide them through the ADP HCM solution buying process. The role emphasizes selling cloud-based payroll/HR/benefits solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and leveraging modern tools and data to maximize success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience or business development.
• Proven new business hunter with a consultative selling approach.
• Comfortable leveraging digital tools and platforms to engage decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business daily and close sales across the full cycle.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers in the target 25–49 employee market.
• Manage multi-channel prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Expand sales within existing accounts and ADP family relationships.
