ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive in the 25-49 Employee Market. You will drive new business growth in a defined territory, building relationships with business owners to address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management with ADP’s HCM solutions.

You’ll prospect daily, manage the full sales cycle, and leverage modern digital tools to win opportunities. Expect top training, commission upside, and a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build a network and capture new business through multi‑channel prospecting to engage decision‑makers.
• Grow and expand business within existing ADP accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, upholding high ethical standards.
