Job summary

ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive focused on 25-49 employee companies. You will drive new business growth, manage the full sales cycle, and build relationships with business owners to address payroll, HR, and workforce management needs using ADP’s HCM solutions.

You’ll prospect daily, target decision-makers, and leverage ADP’s training and technology to maximize success. A quota-carrying background and consultative selling approach are ideal for advancing within a Fortune 250 company.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven new business hunter with consultative selling approach.
• Positive self-starter with agile problem-solving mindset.
• Strong technology and digital acumen relevant to HCM/payroll SaaS.
• A college degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Prospect for new business, build networks, and secure qualified opportunities.
• Use multi-channel prospecting including referrals, social selling, and partnerships.
• Grow existing accounts within the ADP client base.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
