Job summary

ADP is seeking an Upmarket Account Executive to drive new business in a 25-49 employee market across Atlanta. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and address payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management challenges with ADP's HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to hunt and win new business in target markets.
• Ability to consult with clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude and resilience.
• Familiarity with sales tech, data, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in the Atlanta territory.
• Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present ADP HCM solutions addressing payroll, HR, and benefits needs.
• Leverage multi-channel prospecting and partnerships to generate opportunities.
