PNC's University Banking team in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Sales Specialist II to drive retail growth by building relationships with colleges and university partners. You will be based in Pittsburgh, with additional locations in the Northeast considered.

You will lead on-site engagement, collaborate with Corporate & Institutional Banking partners, and develop programs that promote financial wellness for students and communities.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• No Required Certification(s) or License(s) indicated.

Responsabilités

• Leads business development activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Interfaces with senior leadership levels within current and prospective client organizations to position the value of PNC and secure mutually beneficial partnership.
• Acquires, develops and maintains a pipeline of existing and prospective corporate, institutional or business clients.
• Develops and executes client contact strategy in collaboration with appropriate line of business partners.
• Plans, organizes and schedules revenue-driving activities at external client locations.
• Builds and maintains effective internal partner relationships to actively identify referral opportunities.
• Promotes financial wellness by developing and delivering educational opportunities that empower youth.
