Qualifications

• University/college degree required with <1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, comparable education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Notary Public eligibility may be required in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities <2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead collaboration with ecosystem partners to achieve business results.
• Generate proactive leads and conduct appointments inside and outside of branch.
• Deliver differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and escalates as needed.
• Educate clients on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
