Job summary

PNC is seeking a Sales Specialist II within its University Banking organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA. You will drive retail growth by engaging with colleges, building relationships with higher education leaders, and delivering on-site financial wellness programs for students and staff.

This in-office role requires collaboration with Corporate & Institutional Banking and Organizational Financial Wellness, with a Northeast footprint and a competitive base plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Roles typically require a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail household growth within an assigned portfolio by leveraging strategic engagement and relationship-building initiatives.
• Focus on contract schools to meet and exceed production expectations as outlined in organizational commitments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams within higher education divisions to foster collaboration and growth.
• Identify and source engagement opportunities throughout the academic year to create impactful on-site experiences for retail branch teams.
• Strategically identify and pursue prospects within targeted schools to maximize profitability and account acquisition.
• Build and strengthen internal and external ecosystems by creating partnerships that support Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Organizational Financial Wellness (OFW), and retail teams.
• Promote financial wellness by developing and delivering educational opportunities that empower youth to become financially savvy.
