Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Banking Specialist in Philadelphia to grow consumer and business banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue. You will generate leads, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and deliver a seamless experience from acquisition to onboarding and servicing.

Based in the Philadelphia area, you will work with branch leadership to expand wallet share, educate clients on deposits, lending, and cash management, and ensure risk controls are followed.

Qualifications

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Leads proactive lead generation and appointments, working with branch and ecosystem partners.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition to onboarding and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage leads and referrals to grow business banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Banker to expand wallet share.
• Educate clients on deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing options.
• Manage risk by following policies and procedures and supporting branch operations.
