Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Strategist II for its Private Bank in Pittsburgh, PA. You will support the management of a client book, craft tailored relationship plans, and drive client retention with proactive service and cross-team collaboration.

As part of a risk-aware environment, you will expand the book of business, source new client opportunities, and coordinate with partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

• Experience with bank products and services to tailor client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supports client management activities and develops a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.
• Coordinates with team to determine action plans through discovery of client needs and ensures proactive service.
• Helps grow a book of business via client expansion and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Manages risk by adhering to AMG policies and partnering with risk teams.
• Maintains timely and accurate sales/relationship management administration tasks and post-call reviews.
