Job summary

Firstrust Bank in New Jersey is seeking a Universal Supervisor to lead a team of Universal and Teller staff, delivering exceptional service and driving branch performance.

You will supervise transactions, coach staff, manage schedules, open deposit accounts, sell consumer credit products with an NMLS license, and ensure compliance with bank policies. A strong customer-service orientation and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or retail with cash handling.
• Proficient in using banking software and technology.
• NMLS or Notary a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manages a high level of quality customer service at all times across Universal and Teller staff.
• Supervises the teller service area to ensure customer service and compliance objectives are met.
• Coaches and counsels staff on policies and procedures and provides guidance to other Universals and tellers.
