Job summary

Firstrust Bank seeks a Universal Supervisor to be the face of the branch, delivering world-class service and building lasting customer relationships. You will monitor transactions, guide Universal and Teller staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales and security standards.

You will train, coach, and schedule staff, open deposit accounts, and promote consumer credit products with an NMLS license. A proactive, team‑oriented leader is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; finance-related study a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or retail with cash handling.
• Proficient in banking software and technology; NMLS or Notary a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch customer service transactions and provide direction to Universal and Teller staff.
• Open deposit accounts and support sales of consumer credit products with NMLS license.
• Lead by example to meet sales and service goals; coach staff on policies and procedures.
• Manage branch scheduling, training, and daily cash handling duties to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, audit and security procedures; conduct required audits.
