Job summary

Firstrust Bank seeks a Universal Supervisor to lead a branch team delivering world‑class customer service and building strong customer relationships. The role focuses on supervising tellers, guiding sales activities, and maintaining compliance in a fast‑paced bank environment.

You will develop staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and participate in audits while coordinating shift coverage and training. A valid NMLS or Notary is a plus, with local banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; finance-related education a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in banking or retail with cash handling experience.
• PC literacy; experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is a plus.
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages a high level of quality customer service at all times for Universal and teller staff.
• Creates an exceptional customer experience during transactions.
• Coaches and counsels staff on policies and procedures; guides other Universals and tellers.
• Manages branch scheduling to ensure coverage and on‑the‑job training as needed.
• Ensures compliance with Firstrust policies and procedures and audits as required.
• Leads by example to meet sales activity goals and product referrals.
