Job summary

Firstrust Bank is seeking a Universal Supervisor to lead a customer‑facing team and ensure a seamless branch experience. You will supervise Universal and Teller staff, coach on policies, and drive quality service while meeting sales and referral goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, cash handling, and compliance within a community banking environment. High school graduates with banking experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or retail environment with cash handling experience.
• NMLS or Notary a plus.
• Proficient in using banking software and technology, with a high level of accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Manages a high level of quality customer service at all times, embracing MAGIC of customer service strategies.
• Provides input to performance evaluations for Universal and teller employees.
• Coaches and counsels Universal and teller staff on policies and procedures.
• Monitors staff to ensure compliance with Firstrust's policies and procedures.
• Leads and motivates the team to exceed sales activity goals and product referrals.
