Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a financial branch environment or equivalent retail.
• Strong communication, math aptitude, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and connect with them in person, over the phone, or digitally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other transactions.
• Balance cash drawer following teller balancing standards.
• Open/close Consumer and Business Membership accounts and assist with maintenance.
• Educate members on products and services and refer to experts when needed.
