Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a customer-centric professional for regular/full-time banking roles in the United States. You will complete client transactions accurately while maintaining records and guiding clients to digital self-service options.

You will also engage in outbound outreach, identify client needs, and refer opportunities to the appropriate branch team or specialist. Travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by calling clients, offering relevant products, and routing needs to branch teams.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
