Job summary

Old Second National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker Floater to deliver exceptional service across our branch network in Bloomingdale, Wheaton, Elgin, Carol Stream, Aurora, and Chicago locations. You will open and close accounts, cross-sell banking options, and provide basic Teller support when needed, while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

The role requires on-site work at multiple branches with a proactive, customer-focused approach and participation in sales campaigns and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related banking, cash handling, customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and service goals through banking processes and campaigns.
• Open, close, and maintain customer accounts per policies.
• Advise customers on Old Second products and services, including IRAs and loans.
• Provide teller coverage as needed and process routine transactions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, TD Ops, BSA/Fraud/CTR, CIP.
