Job summary

Old Second National Bank is seeking a Universal Banker Floater to deliver exceptional front-line service and drive sales across multiple branches. The role includes opening/closing accounts, profiling customers for cross-sell opportunities, and performing basic Teller tasks as needed.

The Floater must be able to work across Bloomingdale, Wheaton, Elgin, Carol Stream, Aurora (occasional), and Chicago Taylor Street/North Avenue locations, with onsite requirements and branch-hour coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Must become licensed with NMLS within 60 days
• Must work onsite at multiple locations
• Branch hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm; Sat 8am-12pm.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and service goals; profile customers and cross-sell.
• Open, close, and maintain customer accounts per policy.
• Advise customers on Old Second products and services; learn more complex retail products.
• Provide high-level customer service to support branch ratings.
• Fill in as Teller for basic transactions and maintain drawer balance.
• Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Flexible schedule; may work at other OSB locations.
