Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Universal Banker in the United States. You will provide timely client transactions, deliver high-quality service, and educate clients on online and mobile banking solutions.

You will conduct outbound calls to support sales and IRM activities while maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies. Key duties include handling complex transactions with guidance, expanding client relationships, and staying current with training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and apply it to client solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk management requirements.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
