Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs, including temporary assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance service.
• Participate in outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.

• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
