Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service-focused teller for the United States market. You will handle client transactions, provide accurate records, and deliver high-quality service while identifying financial needs. The role includes outbound calls and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

You will contribute to a strong team environment, participate in training, and ensure adherence to policies and risk controls. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Participate in client outreach through outbound calls and sales opportunities.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist services.
• Engage in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
