Truist is seeking a banking professional in the United States to provide timely client service, handle transactions accurately, and identify financial needs. The role includes outbound calling, supporting sales activities, and leveraging Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor Truist solutions for clients.

You will be cross-trained to assist with sales and service tasks, participate in leadership routines, and stay compliant with policies while developing product knowledge and branch

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel.

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance knowledge through meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
