Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is hiring for a Regular, full-time position in the United States. The role focuses on delivering reliable client services, executing transactions, and educating customers on digital banking options.

Gain experience in client relationship activities, outbound outreach, and IRM-focused solutions while supporting branch operations and maintaining compliance with internal controls. Strong communication and weekend/extended hours availability are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commit to advancing knowledge through meetings and training classes.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
