Truist Bank is seeking a Regular full-time teller/relationship support professional in the United States. You will provide accurate client transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and assist with outbound calls while supporting IRM activities.

Responsibilities include delivering a distinctive client experience, complying with policies, and contributing to branch sales and service goals. Weekend availability and travel may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience requested.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience valued.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
