Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Teller to provide timely client transactions, accurate records, and excellent service at a United States branch. You will assist with outbound calls, support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, and help clients navigate digital banking tools.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years in teller or client service, with a willingness to work weekends and extend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and routine transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
