Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/business service associate in the United States. You will provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records, while identifying financial needs and promoting digital self-service solutions.

You will support sales through outbound calls and IRM activities, participate in leadership routines, and maintain compliance with policies. Weekend and extended hours with possible travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used in branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advocate for internal controls and risk management policies.
