Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/guest client service associate in Pennsylvania. You will deliver a distinctive client experience, handle both complex and standard transactions, and educate clients on digital banking tools to make banking easier.

You will support the team with outreach, needs assessment, and referrals, while maintaining strong product knowledge and adherence to policies. Weekend hours and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs or referring to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
