Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time teller/customer service associate in the United States (Elizabethtown area). You will complete client transactions, provide exceptional service, and educate clients on digital banking options.

The role includes outbound outreach, client relationship activity, and supporting sales while adhering to internal controls and policies. Weekend/extended hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; may include weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by guiding clients through complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
