Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in client sales and service preferred.
• Ability to source and build client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) required.
• SAFE compliance with Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets through developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.
• Advise on consumer lending options and process loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
