Truist in Hellertown, PA seeks a Regular team member to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service while identifying clients’ financial needs.

Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) and participate in outbound outreach to uncover opportunities, while adhering to internal controls and training requirements. This role may involve weekend hours and travel as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience expected.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation; MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; ability to work weekends/extended hours.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints; basic computer applications experience.

Mansioni

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure consistent service by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies; stay informed on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
