Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and accurate transactions while delivering top-tier service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and leverage Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to meet client needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours with possible travel. Prior teller or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and work weekends/extending hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standardized transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; handle branch workload.
