Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Teller in the United States for Philadelphia to deliver a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions. You will assist clients, uncover needs, and support a friendly, efficient branch environment.

The role emphasizes education on digital banking, outbound outreach, and adherence to risk controls. Weekend work and travel may be required to meet branch demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure service levels and assist with transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outreach, checking offers, and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings and web-based learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; handle branch workload as needed.
