Job summary

Truist, located in the United States, is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences and perform a mix of teller and sales tasks. The role supports outbound client outreach and digital banking education.

The position requires weekend availability, strong communication, and flexibility to travel as needed for temporary staffing needs. Base compensation ranges hourly, with additional incentive pay possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Weekend and/or extended hours work may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level while handling transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking)
• Support sales via outbound outreach and identifying client needs
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Pursue product/knowledge training to better serve clients
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution
