Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to provide exceptional client service, manage routine and complex transactions, and help clients with digital banking solutions. The role includes outbound outreach, IRM participation, and adherence to risk controls.

The position requires a High School diploma, cash handling or client service experience, and weekend/extended hours availability. Travel for staffing needs may be required in some cases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referrals to appropriate branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings to serve clients better.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
