Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Universal Banker in the United States. You will deliver a distinctive client experience, perform complex and standard transactions, and educate clients on digital banking tools such as ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.

You will also assist with outbound outreach and understand IRM to offer Truist solutions. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in teller or client service, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PCs and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
