Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely and accurate client transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and support outbound outreach and Integrated Relationship Management activities. You will deliver a distinctive client experience while adhering to internal controls and policies.

In this role you will handle routine and complex transactions, cross-sell suitable products, and contribute to branch team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales through outbound calls and needs-based referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training.
