Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Service Associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and exceptional service. You will educate clients on digital banking tools and support outbound calling to identify opportunities for branch teams, while maintaining proper records and compliance.

The role emphasizes building relationships, handling routine and some complex transactions, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet client needs and branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master basic computer software and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and inquiries accurately.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs to refer to branch teams.
