Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular, 1st shift teller/client service associate in the United States. You will provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions and maintain records and proper handling of all monies.

You will educate clients on digital self‑service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support sales via outbound calls, and participate in Integrated Relationship Management to tailor Truist solutions to each client’s needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; travel/overnights may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management; stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
