Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a Taco Bell Unit to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Control costs (food, labor, cash, and other expenses) per budget guidelines.
• Staff the restaurant appropriately for all days and shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Hire and train new crew and managerial staff.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance and safe working conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Provide timely feedback to the area coach on operating results.
