Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in California. The AGM will supervise operations, train staff, and ensure a clean, hospitable, fast, and accurate dining experience while upholding company standards.

The role involves hands-on management, coaching teammates, adjusting staffing, and monitoring sales and costs to hit margins and targets. Candidates should be 18+, with supervisory experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Positive, friendly attitude and quick learner.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and take orders with accuracy.
• Prepare and package food and beverages per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair treatment of staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new staff.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze sales, labor, and controllable expenses to meet targets.
• Maintain cash procedures, opening/closing, and audits.
