Job summary

Qualifications

• One to two years of clerical experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, families, visitors and staff in a courteous, responsive manner.
• Coordinate front desk/office support services and perform clerical duties for the department.
• Maintain patient care records, schedule appointments and manage information accurately.
