Complete Care in Chicago, IL seeks a Unit Clerk for a full-time, first-shift role to act as the administrative heartbeat of the unit. You will welcome residents, coordinate communication, and support clinical teams to ensure top-quality care and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include onboarding residents, following up on admissions, managing calls and inquiries, coordinating with staff, and upholding confidentiality with professionalism in interactions with visitors and state agencies.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency for data entry and communication systems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility: Ability to maintain a flexible weekday schedule based on facility needs.

Mansioni

• Resident Onboarding: Greet new residents, assist with admission paperwork, and help families acclimate to the facility.
• Resident Advocacy: Conduct follow-ups with new admissions to ensure a seamless, positive transition.
• Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, electronic communications, and in-person inquiries from families, staff, and external healthcare partners.
