iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Union Payroll Specialist to join the Accounting team at our Granite City, IL headquarters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience and will handle union payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with collective bargaining agreements and regulations. Responsibilities include processing weekly union payrolls, reviewing transactions for compliance, maintaining payroll records, and collaborating with Payroll, HR and Labor Relations to resolve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Processing union payroll accurately and on time
• Knowledge of federal, state, local and union payroll regulations
• Experience with union environments is preferred

Accou nting Opportunity: Union Payroll Specialist

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Accountingteam. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for a Union payroll Specialist to join our Accounting team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for a Union Payroll Specialist is someone who has 3+ years of experienc e in payroll and is responsible for processing union payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Union payroll Specialist include:

• Process weekly and other scheduled union payrolls accurately and on time.
• Process daily time and review payroll transactions to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, premium pay requirements, deductions, and other union-specific provisions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and payroll transaction data to support accurate payroll processing and reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, and Labor Relations teams to resolve payroll issues, maintain compliance, and support operational efficiency.

Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Union payroll Specialist include:

• Possess exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Display strong attention to detail, while having the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Ability to work within an environment with deadlines, and when tasked with multiple duties your attention to detail stays consistent.
• Have the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
• Always remain mindful of sensitive information.
• Perform efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Possess knowledge of current Federal, State, Local and union payroll regulations, and taxation, including those related to employee benefits.
• Work with others within the organization with a positive, helpful attitude; taking ownership of the role and seeking ways to improve processes.
• Experience working with Unions is preferred
• Multi State payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience with Vista by Viewpoint software is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
