Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Union Payroll Specialist to join the Accounting team at our Granite City, IL headquarters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll experience and will handle union payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with collective bargaining agreements and regulations. Responsibilities include processing weekly union payrolls, reviewing transactions for compliance, maintaining payroll records, and collaborating with Payroll, HR and Labor Relations to resolve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Processing union payroll accurately and on time
• Knowledge of federal, state, local and union payroll regulations
• Experience with union environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and other scheduled union payrolls accurately and on time.
• Review payroll transactions for compliance with collective bargaining agreements and wage rates.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and data for reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR and Labor Relations to resolve issues and improve processes
