Union Payroll Specialist - National Division

Accounting Opportunity: Union Payroll Specialist - National Division

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Accountingteam. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

We are currently looking for a Union Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL or in our Nashville, TN office. Our ideal candidate for a Union Payroll Specialsit is someone who has 3+ years of experiencein payroll and is responsible for processing union payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance with collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Union Payroll Specialistinclude:

Process weekly and other scheduled union payrolls accurately and on time for the National division.

Process daily time and review payroll transactions to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, premium pay requirements, deductions, and other union-specific provisions for the National Division.

Maintain and update employee payroll records and payroll transaction data to support accurate payroll processing and reporting.

Work cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, and Labor Relations teams to resolve payroll issues, maintain compliance, and support operational efficiency.

Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Union Payroll Specialistin clude:

Possess exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

Display strong attention to detail, while having the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

Ability to work within an environment with deadlines, and when tasked with multiple duties your attention to detail stays consistent.

Have the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.

Always remain mindful of sensitive information.

Perform efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Possess knowledge of current Federal, State, Local and union payroll regulations, and taxation, including those related to employee benefits.

Work with others within the organization with a positive, helpful attitude; taking ownership of the role and seeking ways to improve processes.

Experience working with Unions is preferred

Multi State payroll experience is a plus.

Experience with Vista by Viewpoint software is a plus.
