Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Maintenance Helper for Lake Orion, MI on the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). You will assist with repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building structures to keep facilities safe and efficient.

This hands-on role offers growth within JLL's facilities network, exposure to diverse trades, and potential to develop technical skills while supporting skilled tradespeople on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed and basic maintenance exposure.
• Willingness to learn maintenance trades and technical skills.
• Ability to lift 49 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and installation of facility items and systems.
• Perform painting tasks and light grounds-related functions.
• Clean gutters and perform minor repairs to ensure drainage.
• Safely operate shop tools and equipment; support emergency responses.
