Qualifications

• One of: Stationary Engineer License, Boiler Operator Credential, Journeyman Millwright, Journeyman Pipefitter, Journeyman Plumber, or Journeyman Industrial Mechanic.
• Industrial facility maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, and hydraulics.
• Proficiency with HVAC/R systems and building controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing process equipment including thermal units and control systems.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on building systems and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems including temperature control and air quality.
• Service pumps, motors, hydraulics, and related components; calibrate meters.
• Manage building automation and monitoring systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain spare parts inventories and respond to work orders within 24 hours.
