Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Electrician for the 3rd shift at our Lake Orion, MI facility. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical systems across a large manufacturing site, ensuring uptime and safety.

You will work with maintenance teams and client operations to execute preventive maintenance and respond to critical needs. The ideal candidate has a Journeyman license or equivalent, experience reading blueprints, and familiarity with CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent required.
• Two years of electrical trade schooling or equivalent training/apprenticeship.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/instrumentation/control systems in large manufacturing facilities.
• Install, test, and repair electrical apparatus and power distribution equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Document work in CMMS and communicate with maintenance and client teams.
